How to request a correction
The directory shows only records from official sources, each with its source and the date we checked it. If something is wrong, out of date or not about your business, tell us.
What to send
Email corrections@towedhelp.org with:
- The business name and the link to its page on this site.
- What is wrong and what it should say.
- An official document that shows it, if you have one (for example a court, agency or license record). Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or passwords.
- How we can reply to you.
What happens next
We aim to review each request within 10 business days. If a record can't be verified, or we tied it to the wrong business, we remove it. If the official record changed (for example, a case was dismissed or resolved), we update the outcome and the date. We'll tell you what we did.
Privacy
We don't list businesses whose license or registration is held by an individual (a sole proprietor), and we never show a person's name, home address or phone. If you see one, email us and we'll remove it.
